It's not that dangerous in my experience I've gotten off at that train station many times without any incidents at all. It's not gorgeous but no problem walking all over.

There are so many other dangerous places in Israel, such as the city of Lod, and several other cities where Arabs live, and there are cities and villages of Arabs in Judea and Samaria where if a Jew enters they kill him.
