the only way to get it from is the enemy damned zealot(the drop rate is really low), exchange in scarlet camp during scarlet hunt and from scarlet hunt rewards

from the grace just go forward... no need to open the door because you'll reach it afterwards

yes... they both have the same starting windows parry but carrian and golden parry have longer frames than buckler parry
