Hi, I know this is a stupid question but would really appreciate your advice. I am planning a trip that side end 2025. No 4x4 but got the height. planning to spend 2 to 3 days in the area. I saw you had big holes to contend with in the beginning if I fill those holes with stones would I get through. Are there other areas that you think I might struggle, if so have you got any suggestion on how to over come them. Any input you have would be much appreciated for me to do the trip. Thanks No 4X4
Howsit Rupert, Hope all is well, thanks for the vids with your BMW310 - Want to ask how is the bike holding up after a good few kilos? Would be nice to get your feedback?
Well, the BMW G310GS sure seems to be durable 👌🏻🤘🏻 Edit: I have now owned one for about 2 months, have almost 2,000km on it, and have dropped it on the Trails half a dozen times…….my statement stands, sure seems to be durable 😂✌🏻
You rock! As an owner of an F850GS I have so much respect for your choice to go the smaller bike route. I'm seriously thinking about how the lighter weight makes you so versatile, safe, and practical. I might have to join you. Thanks for the awesome vid!
Hi Jacob, thanks for the comment. Lighter weight is a huge plus, especially when terrain gets technical. I recently bought an F750GS and believe me, I can feel the difference in weight between the two bikes.
For sake of comparison, I have done 1800 km in 21 hrs on my R1150RT. Two up with full luggage (top box, panniers fully loaded, and a duffel bag). In -5 degree centigrade weather - rain and snow. But I am looking to buy this bike for a tour across South America. Just worried about luggage handling.
Another fuuuunnnnn ride with friends and food and the best transportation!!! Hahaha, more sauce on you than the food!!!!! Guess that makes it finger lickin' good!!!!
Kewl drone shots around your camp site. Great, short, and good editing. Scooter life!!!! You Aussie's just need to learn to drive on the right side of the road hahahahahaha.
Subbed. This was kewl. Not the Bogan(hahahaha), but still good. Reminds me of trips with my brother on our scooters. I'm missing scootin'. Gonna go back to it. You vids are better than mine. Don't understand why you don't have more views. Comments help with searches. Anyhoo, thanks for posting.
