Giselle I Cheer I love your videos. I watched them since I was three years old and now I’m getting good and good. I’m gonna give you like and subscribe.
thanks to this video MGA gymnastics I can teach my daughter on how to do a butterfly trick... My daughter plays Rhythmics Gymnastic this coming July 2023 at Palarong Pambansa in Philippines.
The commentary was difficult to hear two reasons. 1. Music was playing the whole entire time of the commentary. 2. The annoying child in the background.
She did very well and it was very well explained in all the steps easy to follow , tho she needed to keep her tommy tucked in too to have a nice strong core she had her back arched the whole time which pushes her tummy out all rounded. Chest out tummy in but in stand nice and tall strait back gives you the best posture and better control. All in all she was pretty good and her instructor did a great job too.
She’s not just talking to you. She’s explaining it to her student, kids generally need things repeated before they understand. Turn your volume down if it bothers you.
I’m an adult and trying out adult gymnastics at the moment. My coach is my best friend but I don’t think she realises just how basic I need things explained because I’m not skinny. I have very little upper body strength. I really struggle with this. I needed a tutorial like this because I just needed a way to safely get over without hurting my neck. All I’ve done so far is hurt my neck because it wasn’t explained simple enough. I love her and she is a good coach, she just isn’t used to my low level. So thank you for these tutorials
