GOOD LUCK!. high school can be hard, and it can be easy. but i believe you got this , and anyone else who are in the same boat can too. advice, 1. respect everyone, give kindness and respect to teachers- especially older ones. no one wants a snarky kid, look at how the teacher would feel from their perspective. 2. stay OUT of drama, if someone asks you to tell someone something else (for drama related things), DONT DO IT! you are getting yourself involved even if you think you arent. drama will stress you out and drain the life out of you. be careful. make sure you check that you and your friends are taking accountability for your own actions. friends are there to help each other grow. you will be an adult soon, the more you grow in highschool the more you will be liked and respected as a person. 3. have fun. i think a lot of people forget this because they get so caught up in drama or just other things in general. have FUN! now when i say that i dont mean disrespect or obey your parents because you wanted to do something that they said no to, i mean try and hang out with your friends as much as you can. you dont know how long you guys will still be in contact after highschool. a lot of friends disperse into their own lives after high school, they or you get too busy, and you slowly fade away from each others lives. 4. LOVE and CHERISH every moment you have. you never know when YOUR or SOMEONE ELSE'S last day is. 5. and just a reminder, YOU. GOT. THIS. you can last through highschool, its school at the end of the day. you are just beginning your life, there are so so so many more years to cherish and live out. you CAN do it, and you WILL do it. I'm gonna a sophomore, and don't worry freshman is not bad, it's pretty easy if you just follow the rules, do what your teachers tell you to do, and don't just roam the hallways or talk to your friends all day in the hallway, or if you don't go on your phone, your purpose don't worry unless you got shit teachers then I'm sorry
