That's correct, all sunbeds have to be booked. We booked them each day for the following day, either via the downloadable hotel app or on one of the various information touchscreens or you can do it via reception. It is a system that works once you familiarise yourself with it. You could also find an available sunbed on the day and the pool attendant will reserve it via the app for you but if you want a specific sunbed you are best reserving it the day before. The only exceptions are your first and last day where there are a number of sunbeds allocated for people who have just arrived or checked out.
thanks so much. i think you're the only person who filmed this who actually stayed there. i can't see another video that filmed the hotel room. so glad they have showers!!
From the reception to our room was a couple of minutes walk, either using two sets of stairs or lifts. It is not ideal for the infirm or elderly in my opinion. There are different sections so some may be closer to reception but further from the restaurant so it’s swings and roundabouts. Either way you can’t avoid using stairs or lifts. A certain section of sunbeds are exclusive to premium guests whilst others are free but must be booked to use.
Sorry about the late reply my notifications are not set correctly. The wristband you wear is for contactless payment which is charged to your room, we used this to purchase drinks at the bar or in the restaurants.
Sorry about the late reply my notifications are not set correctly. There is a system in place whereby you must book your sunbeds prior to using them. There is no charge for this but instead of people getting up early and placing towels on the sunbeds you reserve them the day before via the swipe board or using your phone on the website. I thought it worked fine.
