If you ever have issues with under or over steer with that bike you can get a slightly longer linkage from pro circuit although if you do that you will also need some 22 mm off set triple clamps from pro circuit to bring the forks back to a 26 degree rake
@@hodgesmx100 your comment made me go look again........we had a motocross park down here in Texas called badlands and I assumed this was it, man you gave me hope for a second lol , ours did get shut down or closed =(
Hayden Bahadoorsingh well I did suspension and xtrigs at the same time so it’s hard to pinpoint. I would say the front end feels very stable and my settings have not moved a millimeter since putting together. They look badass and I think they do make a difference in how the front feels overall.
@@hodgesmx100 Bummer. How did you like the 03 Kx250? If your building a YZ 250, make sure it is 2006 or newer to get the kayaba SSS suspension. Best in the business.
Awesome riding man! Looking to go out there this Thursday. Is it a good track for beginner riders? It’ll be my first MX track and I’d hate to get in the way of faster guys like yourself.
Andy Martinez Thank you👊, the track is good for all levels or rider. Practice in beginner class, just hold your line, don’t be sketchy and you should be good!
@@hodgesmx100 yeah I was going to get a 250 and change the forks and spring and tons of stuff since I'm a bigger guy. I'm just going to get a 450 and save that extra money
Hey buddy. Since you respond to comments posted. I need some advise. I am a big guy 1.9m at 140kgs. Used to ride road bike. Want to switch over to MX what would you recommend?? 250? 350? 450?
Apexeon151 that would be fun! Well it’s not going to rip your arms off like a 450, but it will be pretty comparable to your 250f. You have to keep the rpm up and ride the 2stroke a lot differently than a 4stroke.
Nice ride... however, the title of your video mentions "settings," but you don't mention what setting changes you made? You said something about setting sag, but no numbers, and "a clicker." LOL, anyway, looks like you all are having fun. I just bought the 2020 KX450 and it is a very fast bike.
