Would love to see this kind of gossiping return in a future installment of Animal Crossing. Wild World had a few valid reasons that helped to motivate you on not only talking to your villagers, but the special NPCs as well. I remember I'd talk to Sable a lot just so she could talk about her crush on Tom Nook more, haha. All of the villagers showing how much they loved and cared for each other, despite their flaws is very sweet. It's too bad the love triangle between the delivery pelicans never really went anywhere. Animal Crossing lore being expanded upon further would be amazing to see some day. There's something so intriguing on seeing our beloved characters have such interesting past histories with each other. Platonic or romantic, it's always a nice reward for the player who plays their games a lot.
In all my years playing AC WW I never got to this part of my interactions with Blathers, even though I visit the museum on a daily and donate countless things. Does this happen after the museum is completed? Or how else do you form a friendship with him?
Evidence that Tom Nook is a greedy crook and that he sucks: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IOZQcALS2rQ.html Also why does Tom Nook think that child labor is acceptable? He's using Timmy and Tommy (who don't seem to be much older than like 8 or 9 years old) as child slave labor, making them work from 9 AM to 9 PM everyday and they never seem to take a break, they're being exploited and probably underpaid. This is disgusting. Tom Nook won't hire adults instead of kids because he knows that adults are less easy to exploit and that unlike kids who are defenseless, adults can unionize workers, sue, and get the law on people like him should he commit crimes like wage theft, exploitation, employee mistreatment, unsanitary working environment, etc. Ugh, no wonder humans and animals alike are disgusted with Tom Nook, it's not just the Able Sisters who are mad at him and disgusted with him, there are plenty of other people too and with good reasons. Child labor is never okay, kids are supposed to be in school, learning and playing/exercising after school hours, enjoying their childhood while they still can because those are years of their lives that they'll never get back and it's the adults' job to provide for the kids until they enter adulthood at the age of 18 and it's also the adults' job to see to it that children are not exploited and that child labor isn't legalized by the radical-Right crackpots: ru-vid.com/group/PLzG_3q50DuPnq7eB4v75vbmYIaUmKhmec Mimi.
4:54 The fuck is "Eckland"??? O_o Most Animal Crossing refer to real life countries and places, like Gulliver's travels in New Leaf and the souvenirs he send you in the mail. So the fuck is "heckland"??? Never heard of that before.
Ugh. This is evidence that Tom Nook is a greedy crook and that he sucks. Tom Nook? More like Tom Crook. He reminds me of that greedy, money-obsessed guy from "A Christmas Caroll"...
1:19 The silver axe does not exist in this game (silver tools debuted in City Folk). However, he could be referring to the standard axe and is just calling it "silver".
I played city folk and i did enjoy interacting with sable. But i was just a kid at the time so i didnt really know what was going on. I remembere being happy when sable being a lot more open after i continued chattin to her every day. But i didnt know more besides that
Ohhh I love old animal crossing, new horizons just don’t compareeee 😭😭 ty for posting! i could never get this dialogue out of them bc I wasn’t the most strategic wild world player as a kid 😭😭
Wow this game used to be so heavy. But I love it. Discussing whether money or relationships matter more, a love triangle (Pelly and Pete/Phyllis), etc. It's really a shame what happened to this game. From an interactive masterpiece to a pretty form of Minecraft with some overly-polite talking animals walking around.
