This is not a shameful thing rather have two reasons behind it … 1. One’s used clothes don’t get gifted and we’re frequently used for mean purposes frequently in the society… Some practices were prevalent in the society… Modernity and jobs have made people away from those practices… That why used clothes often get used in household chores… Middle class people can’t afford high expenses of pandits for such puja and sanitisations of the houses , so they spoiled even rags in the houses itself… Rich people donate their clothes which get reused by people and frequent detoxification of houses save them … It’s not a shamed act … In almost all houses even upper middle class , Clothes get piled in cupboards… Clothes of small children never get gifted or donated in all classes… It’s have reasons behind it …
