How synchonistic that this amazing compilation of information I first began watching in 2011. I remember getting so angry that I was just then learning this. I was almost 50! I know now the information was out there. I was too immersed in the illusion and found it when I was ready. So angry that I spent all these years since seeking. Being disabled at 48 I was free to move around. Talk about an education. No longer angry
Thinking brings on feelings, our thoughts are very powerful. That's why it's so important to take a deep breath and stop sometimes to catch you thought process. Our thinking can control us and is like an auto pilot. It takes incredible disapline to stop and change thought processes. Our negative thoughts are powerful. Alot of the way we think is down to childhood and society. The messages around us are constant. We take that all in. We have to learn to stop everything and go into a quiet peaceful place at the very least once a day. We should sit and watch our thoughts. You have the power to alter thoughts just by saying STOP ✋️. SELF affirmations are powerful tools and can lead you into better feelings about yourself and the world around you. If you train your brain you can change the way you feel. The more you train yourself the more power you hold over your emotions. It's difficult at first as the auto pilot will fight to come back on. But gently enforce that STOP ✋️ and start again.
I think of my dad listen to this song. It really makes me cry. Such a beautiful song in so many ways. It can bring so much peace your soul. to beautiful say it all.
