@@alitabatabaei4578 watch the video. There are residents in their pgy 12 and 14 years. I know the residency is 5 years. They must have been doing research and all the fellowships and or switched residencies at some point

​@@RyanAmplification- More like they have not grown-up if that is the case. You can't be in residency/fellowships for the rest of your life. If you graduate medical school at age 26, and if you are PGY-12, then you are 38 years old and for PGY-14 you are 40 years old. That is absolutely ridiculous.
