Corey Haim behaves like this because he was high on drugs in that video, you can see very clearly when his sober he doesn’t behave like that, his true personality is not like that his more gentle and respectful
Your completely wrong, he had been hanging out with friends of mine we all knew each other before this radio show and he was clean, we smoked a few cigs outside and he talked about his sobriety and he was happy and very calm that day, but he did turned it up a notch inside the studio when we were on the air.

No he did not have an accent , he sounded exactly like he was from Southern California and he had an awesome sense of humor Corey was constantly joking around.
