Hey i was planning to book this for a family reunion and i was wondering how the back yard space is because we were planning on doing field activities but i can hardly see the backyard space clearly and that grass looks tall so if you know of any field in the neighborhood or nearby that would help a lot but if you think there is a lot of space in the backyard that would work, thank you. Also do you know if the main television downstairs was Samsung or apple?
The address for this specific house was 1767 Oak Blossom Dr. Davenport FL 33837. If you want to look it up on google maps. There pretty much was no backyard, it was right up against marsh. Depending on the house you get you might have some more "back yard" space. Apple does not actually make a "TV" they make a device you plug into TV's. I do not remember though the brand of TV, I do know we plugged our own video games into it. It was an amazing place to stay and hope it works for your plans.
@@nicholelynn85 on the main floor there was the two main bedrooms that had the nicer bathrooms. One of which had a tub in the shower. There was also a kids room on the main floor that had a tub. I hardly went upstairs but I want to say most of the bedrooms upstairs had tubs.
We did not have the house with the golf simulator. When you drive down the road they all look identical. They pretty much are identical inside also, except for the theme. So we had the trampoline room, my guess would be that’a where the good simulator would be.
When my wife first watched the video she jumped when it shot because it was so loud. It’s just how close the camera is. Tactacam makes a mount that attaches to the rail. So the camera is just inch’s away from the flight rail.
I can not remember what device they had there for sure. But we were able to use what was already at the house to stream movies. I remember for sure we streamed disney plus.

We had booked through a third party, turned out the third party charged for some things that they should not have and the actual owners of the property refunded some back. I noticed that when I rewatched it myself. I apologize, I wish I had gone slower. Just know it was a really nice place that I would go back to in a heart beat.

We did not have either of those. Our houses extras were the movie theater room, arcade room, and the garage was the trampoline room. We had 12 adults and 12 kids, it never felt crowded there was so much room. Hope you guys have a good trip down there!

It’s been a couple years since going down but from my memory it’s no worse than any of the other driving around down there. Just make sure you turn into the right drive. In winter you would probably need 4 wheel drive. We made it up in a car just fine in the spring.
