Gossips, Rodigan, the back wall. Just a few steps away from the fire exit. Dancing slow because there was no spare space. Tunes like this started pulsing and in that moment, the nearest guy became Mr Smootchie. It was beautiful. It was respectful and it was almost poetic. Music that helped strangers become friends, all in the melting pot of 69 Dean Street, Soho, London. Certain of these tunes would always bring memories of the love that David Rodigan put into creating an incredible dance night. #respect,Gossipspeoplealwaysthebest💜 ☯️🙋♀️

Hey, Michael Micky Clarke, RamJam days you were my first crush, wonder what could have been if I had not left London, for greener pastures. This bring back so many wonderful memories of my youth, hope you are alive and well and life has been good to you.
The best Years off Reggae Music the late 70 & 80's Oh they were Great years to be hearing Lovers Rock Reggae & it only feels like a few years ago, boy am I getting old.
I first heard this old reggae tune in the early 1970's. I grew up in Brixton. I used to go to a club above Streatham ice rink called Bali Hai & the Clouds in Brixton back in the day. They were reggae clubs in the 70's and would be open Sunday afternoons. I heard this there. Such a great reggae classic. Had some great times back then.... I'm still listening in 2023...😊
