Jag blir typ ledsen av att se detta. Så många hjärndöda människor ute i trafiken. Då och då håller man på att bli dödad av några av dom. Speciellt när man kör mc slutar man aldrig att förvånas över hur många som är beredda på att chansa med ens liv för att komma fram en sekund snabbare.
I find it better not to argue over a parking spot. It would not be nice if he came back and the nice wheels on his BMW where not on his BMW and that is what could happen in the USA if you argue with the wrong person. I use to have a 4 wheel drive truck with a snow plow on it that I drove into the city for 4th of July fireworks. It was old and dented and no one argued when I drove into an area, it was nice not having arguments the plow spoke well.
BMW drivers. In the UK they are known as "dickheads", in the USA "asshats". It's really an international reputation for lack of using their indicators and generally bad manners.
This sort of thing used to happen a lot when I lived in California but I am sad to say I have seen it here a few times now. I think it is good to catch it on camera, and at least to call it out as "unusual" in hopes that people can behave a little better. No I do not think you did anything wrong; when it becomes confrontational and the person tries to threaten or bully their way into a parking spot then it is probably best to stand your ground. But I am in no way a professional. After a drive yesterday and "declining" two offers for collision, I think its time to put the camera back in the car! I am not sure what is happening but I guess maybe just many more people in the same places now versus before. I am not sure.
@@oscarolander7455 Han äger inte parkerings platsen. Om någon vill köra förbi så har de självklart rätt att göra det. Att det ska vara så jävla svårt att fatta.
When I had a bmw I went out of my way to be nice to other motorists because I dont want to be a dick or seen as a dick. I think there are 2 kinds of bmw drivers, those like me who buy the car because they are so good to drive, then there are the entitled people who buy the car because of the image.

Vilket jag egentligen inte säger något om, jag behandlar andra som dom behandlar mig så. Men då ska man också vara medveten om att man sänker sig till samma nivå eller lägre istället för att tro att man sitter på någon höghäst och jag upplyser gladeligen sådana människor. Inte mer "bullying" från hans sida än din så🤷♂️
Sure, det var väl onödigt av mig. Men jag stannar och blinkar in....han kommer med sin bil och backar hela vägen in mot mig, blockar allt. Börjar säga saker med tråkig ton från bilen...sen börjar gå ut och eskalera allt. Detta framför en barnfamilj med...över en parkeringsplats, en vacker solig dag när folk bara vill till en sjö för lite avslappnad tid. Som sagt, börjar man själv inte med taggarna utåt så kanske man når ett annat resultat.
@@truckdriver1982 svårt att avgöra exakt vem som ens hade rätt. Det går inte att avgöra om han stod o vänta på platsen för att barnfamiljen skulle komma ut, sen kommer någon och snor platsen han kanske letat efter ett tag, hittat och nu gjorde plats för bilen att köra ut?
The reversing car probably tells the truth. He was standing a bit further down waiting for a spot then an other car come around the corner trying to take the spot he's was waiting for. BMW driver says "You saw me sitting over there and waiting" but the video uploader didn't care to translate that.
What was not translated? He was waiting for a spot...but so was I. Can I stop att the entrence to the parkering area and expect all to hold a space for me?
@@truckdriver1982 I don't say anyone is in the wrong here, their is no rules at a parking lot, you can stand still observe your surroundings for someone nearby to grab their car, or your can move around like you probably did. But you obviously think you where more entitled to the parking lot then him otherwise why upload the video? Was it because you where driving forward and he was reversing? Who has waited the longest? Maybe you should tell everyone the rules...
@@oscarolander7455 I was following the family...stopped and indicated when then started to unlock their car. I understand that people have different opinions on who has the best claim to the parkingspace. The movie is more about how he and the family handle the situation...that is for me the entertaining part and why I did upload it.
Det var ju en turkamazon! 'Nuff said! For all non swedes turkamazon is a reference to the fact that BMW:s are as common among young immigrants nowadays as Volvo Amazon were among young swedes a couple of delades ago.
The BMW was already reversing before you came around the corner. In my opinion , they have the right of way on the spot. However , I am not sure what the etiquette is in your country for this situation. If they are an inexperienced driver. Maybe they need lots of room to back up safely.
He first stod still (you can just see it in the start) but then throw it in reverse. If it had been an opening infront of him, then sure...I would say it would be his. But now he is reversing "against" traffic and blocking the area. But, that is just my opinon...not sure if any laws controll situations like this.
Don't get in a dispute over a parking space. My sister and another driver argued over who should get a space. My sister was better placed, drove into the spot and went shopping. She came back to find that her tyres had been slashed while she was away from the car.
You do that in Germany you will pay for the damages, including spare car, loss of earnings, the whole nine yards..... plus you get fined and/or serve community service for a few hours and sometimes, when that wasn't your first run-in with the law about these things might get a few days of prison. And with smartphones with built-in cameras (to take a picture of "the loser") and dashcams on the up and up you might wanna think twice about that..... Some people lost their driving licence and their jobs over these reactions....
Bara för att det var en BMWägare så gjorde du helt rätt. Hade det varit ett bilmärke som uppför sig i trafiken så kunde jag vara hjälpsam. idag så är bmw och tesla de värsta på vägarna!
What are your feelings about the situation? In my mind you can't block or book a large part of the parkering area. And certainly not the area several meters behind your car... That it would be "my" parking space is of course debatable 😅 But really dislike when people come with an attitude right away or try to force their way through. If he had kids with him, asked nicely or something like that...I personally would have felt differently.
Here in Germany, if you see a parking space available or opening up and set your turn signal, the spot is, by law, yours! We even have court rulings about that! In Germany it would've been YOUR parking space! So i don't see a problem with your behaviour.
