That is a lot of students! I have classes of 36 at most. I bet the most challenging would be during the Explore step, or when you are doing hands on labs. You'll definitely need to group them into smaller groups or perhaps they could explore using resources on the computer to make it more manageable. Or you could have half the class working on a lab or something hands on, while the other half is researching or reading material online or in printed text. Then switch the groups the next day.
