Why do you not include KOBALT in your review? I love my Kobalt Pole Saw - 80-volt - 5-ah battery - 10" Bar - 6 ft / 8ft foot Pole Saw. No cable. Using an Oregon Bar and Chain. I have been using it for more than 3 years now. It works great on my southeast Louisiana farm clearing property that a hurricane went through and trashed all the trees in the woods of our 20-acre farm. I carry it all over our woods and the battery lasts a long time. Today I'll be cutting a 6-inch limb off of a tree out front.

Worx one is junk. First one lasted me about 10 cuts, the second didn't make it through the first without starting to burn up. Both times cutting about 1 - 1.5 inch dry wood. The chainsaw being able to detach is nice, but not worth the quality cuts. It also puts a lot of weight on the head when fully extended, which would typically be nice if the pole didn't sag so drastically as a result.
But there 1 thing that I didn't like was there are some of those lathes that plastic gears. My opinion is there should be a law against any type of plastic gears ⚙️ because the teeth shear off all the time.
The Giraffe Hose Reel is a game-changer, eliminating the hassle of heavy hose hauling. Installation requires two people but is worthwhile. The retractable mechanism may take some practice, but it efficiently reels in a long hose. Highly recommended.

My icrimp tool came with a flat piece of metal about 2 inches long, notched on the ends and a hole in the middle and a thin steel pin 1 1/2 inches long. What are they for?
It’s to check if your crimp/cinch tool needs to be adjusted or not. The thin piece should slide in, but the thicker part should not. If this is not the case, it needs to be adjusted so it is the case.
I was really surprised how much cutting power (and torque) this saw had out of the box.
