When you get it up come slightly off the throttle, hit the brake, hold it, and get back on the throttle at the same time. If you wanna coast...get it up high enough to where the handle bars are in front of your face, come off the gas and hold in the clutch while feathering the brake. That's how I do it. After you do it a couple times you break the fear barrier of dropping back.
I just got a 98 kx 250 but it doesn’t have any noticeable power hit up top and is barely faster than a 125, what can cause this? It also bogs when i open it up more than 3/4
Those are poor if not outright bad ground locations. you should not ground to aluminum unless you have no other options. Grounding to the sheet metal when the frame is right below the battery is a poor decision.
I would ground right to the frame of the truck. Way more solid connection. You might have to tap and drill into your frame, or you can get one of those cool grounding Adapters and hook it to your frame
You should ground engine, body and frame together. People seem to forget that amplifiers are usually grounded to the body. And if the body isn’t grounded to the frame or engine properly, then it’s causing high resistance. Hence dimming headlights when bass hits.
Haha, this guy IS the 2 Stroke personality, wild and loose, fast and free. Braaaap.💪🏾💪🏻🙌🏽🙌😎😎 The 4 choke personality? (cue fat guy waddling music) da dumpty dump, da dumpty dump. Yeah, laid athletic skills like throttle control, balance, agility etc. Let's let the BIKE make me look like I'm a better rider then I actually am. ADUUUH.😒🧐
Wow this makes me think I need a damn 85 lol I could never ride my kx like this I'm too much of a beginner. I probably just need to stop being such a wuss on the track
Everybody thinks they need more power. Oh let me get a 450 because it has the most horse power! Pff... Id say about 95% of people have no clue what their bike is truly capable of, much less be able to truly use 100% of the power it produces. Ive been riding for over 15 years now, and my 02 kx250 still scares the living shit out of me. Something about kawaski 2t's just have that raw power. Ive ridden a bunch of bikes, and i like them all for some stupid reason. But my forever home until i cant kickstart a motorcycle anymore will be a old school kawasaki 2 stroke!
