HE ENDED UP ON ONE OF THE VERY MOST-REMOTE ROADS - ALL TRUCKS KNOW NOT TO GO THESE REMOTE SIDE ROADS SO THIS IS HIS OWN FAULT. WV KEEPS MAIN AND 1ST LEVEK SIDE ROADS IN VG CONDITIIN BUT ODD SHAPED TRUCKS LIKE THIS CANNOT GO BEYOND THOSE. THIS IS TRUE IN EVERY MOUNTAINOUS STATE.
Lived here my whole life. I'll tell ya, I'll fly around my local area where I know the roads in my car. But you bet your ass I get 30 minutes away in any direction I slow waaaaaaay down. Shouldnt be driving fast in the first place though..
I love your videos, this father son combination and special with two black men is beautiful. It's a beautiful thing. If I had one complaint it would be moving at camera from side to side as much as you do it makes me dizzy. That would be my only complaint I have to fast forward your videos when you have it on your head or someone has it in their hand and moving from side to side. That's probably just me though I'm probably the only one that will complain about something like that lol😂
The worst roads in US I accidentally I got US 33 and US 55 in WV it was 1 AM my GPS sent me to this route. I was trying to avoid tolls from Harrisonburg Virginia to Ohio, it was my nightmare thanks god I was empty, no place to turn around please truckers try to void this route in West Virginia to dangerous 33 & 55
You need to be communicating with your escort at ALL times telling them to hold whatever lanes while you maneuver. Cars is not supposed too be passing at all unless on a highway or 4 lane road. That's what they are there for to block traffic And your lead car should've added 2 to 3 inches to that height pole. They never supposed to measure exact height for that reason
Swear he could’ve made that turn with a little extra wide turn/ride up into that shoulder a bit. Gotta do what ya gotta do but I’m sure he’s an experienced trucker and it wasn’t gonna work
I brought a os load from Georgia to Chicago and let me tell you that I'm not exaggerating when I tell you we had to run a route survey four times and had it been one more time we would have been down by law as a resident of this city, low bridges and wires Galore. God job and great video. 👍👍👍👍👍
If their worst nightmare is not quite making a corner and being a little late, they got it easy... McDonald's workers worst nightmare is waking up to that burger King in their room...
The mileage Pops get on a full tank of fuel for 700 dollars plus minus on a 35000 load 1100 miles is actually not bad at all for Peterbilt…💯 As always love your content Benny & Pops keep pushing 🙏
My husband hauled bridge beams down those West Virginia mountains!! I rode with him a couple times scared the hell out of me, but he knew what he was doing
My mom was born and raised in Wheeling WV before moving to Texas where I was born and she has taken me back there so many times and yea I could only imagine driving a rig through some of those spots. I watched a truck roll on its side over some railing down the side of a mountain, luckily it flatened out and the driver was banged up but alive with no severe injuries.
