I downloaded this song back in 2014, and only now I'm finally organizing my Vocaloid playlist (yes). In my memory this was a conlang song, but I've learned Japanese since and I see it's Japanese. Are there fake memories in my head? Was there a conlang version of this song, or was it always just the title/instrumental parts of the video? At any rate, it's still as pleasant of a folk song as I remembered it, so I'm keeping it either way. :)
