Hey Brother. I've been goin' out all year just didn't put out any videos. Rain now 4" of snow this mornin' might make the trails a little different. Be Safe an stay warm. ZZ.
I don't see why not. Just need a little ground clearance, an take your time. This time of year it's open a lot. I would like to get out in the snow but with the cold better stay round' the house. Let me know if ya' won't to CruZZ around. See Ya' in the Woods. ZZ.
Another good show. Loved you going down 222, my old camping spot and turkey hunting place. Seems they closed one old camp spot at the end of the road. That is Morgan Cem.
Thank you. It's not even on my map.I never been past the Cem. I'll bet there's some good campin' further into the woods. I'm planin' on campin' 222 this winter, maybe see ya' there. ZZ.
I have not been up to LBL in several years. Last time I stayed at the Dixie Cabins in stead of camping cause I was only going to there one week. To go past the Cem. you have to walk. I used to turkey hunt way back there, but I have gotten old and wore out. I hope to get up there this spring, but not sure yet. I bought another tent several years ago and have not used it yet. My fav. spot to camp there is on the left just past that last field. That spot on the end was not closed off like I thought [had to rewatch the last of your show]. If I make the trip this spring, I will try to let you know. We can drink some not water!!!!@@ZZoutdoors
Good to see you out & about ZZ. I ain't did anything yet this yr, but it's colder here than what I care to be out in. Did a run to Tn last fall to see some friends and meet some new ones. Buncha you tubers mostly. I was in Tn for a week. Left Hogrock to go down to Tn. Was a 12 day camping trip for me. Maybe 1000 miles is all the miles done, mostly camping. Did some ridin in Tn. I'll be watchin for your next one. See ya.
Good to hear from you Evil. Sounds like ya' had a hell of a trip! We really did have a great fall last year fer travillin'. My big trip last year was to PA.in the 4Runner...o'l Ladys Family. Thanks fer lookin' in Brother. ZZ.
Hello Chris, just to let you know that we enjoyed Land Between The Lakes National Park. We saw more than 25 bisons (close encounter) and a beautiful elk bull. Thanks again for your help. Il was a pleasure meeting you. See you someday buddy!
I made the mistake a few years ago of cutting up a fallen tree in my backyard in the winter time. Never dawned on me the big vine that climbed the tree, similar to the one you showed, was poison ivy. I almost ended up in the hospital with severe poison ivy on my face and hands. Damn! I'll never forget it...
Looks like you have found a passion in a new way. I can tell you are having fun with brother. We go up into colorado off road camping several times a year. Lovin the videos....
Does your 4 runner have an A-Trac button? My 2014 does. If so it works very well. There are some RU-vid videos on how it works. I really enjoy the LBL videos. Me and my buddy are planning to get down that way this spring. We are a couple of old retired guys.aybe we can get together and share a fire and a shot of not-water......
you remind me of my big brothers they came back from Vietnam they couldn't cope with people they built their own camp I'd get to hang out with them always had a good fire going they taught me about fishing hunting how to drink cuss smoke and made sure I respected elders and stay on track go to school I didn't understand at the time years later I joined the service became a police officer I've seen lots of thing that melt into my mind and had to kill my fellow man in the name duty and service I now understand the inner feelings they were trying to forget one drank himself to death agent orange was eating him up he died at 42 way to young now I have kids that age my other brother committed suicide the demons won there's times I want to just go back in the woods at the old camp build a fire and just reflect on life my wife passed now kids are gone I've since retired my time here is about done I only dream about sitting at a campfire hearing the stories of days gone by I'd love to just sit down and have a coffee with the real people instead of fake friends a hole relative's kids could care less about if they ever see me again the and grandkids have busy electronic lives I put them through college they are never going to experience the campfires and wisdom we did lord I want to go back you have a good day thanks for sharing
I enjoy your LBL videos. I have plans to camp and explore that area this year, probably get in a little fishing too. Can't beat those 4 runners. I have a 2014 and it's amazing where it will go. Being smart and patience is the key, plus knowing when to turn around.
Another good show. Way back in '84 I missed my first turkey off rd 214. I was camped at Neville's Bay with some retired fisherman and one tipped me off to a bird he saw every morning. But I was to green at turkey hunting to get it.
Yes Sir it is a shame. If ya' don't have 4wheel drive an some big tires you won't be able to go on a lot of them. Thanks fer lookin' in. See Ya' in the Woods! ZZ.
It really is! Tennessee does have a good side! Just kiddin'. When the trees are all gray an the ground is a golden brown... I think that's my favorite time of year. Thanks. ZZ.
