After taking out the core of the lock you need to look for the little middle part. It's easiest to use a screwdriver and put de middle part on top. reinsert that in the lock and turn.
What kind of lock is this? I see no bible on the plug, so it's not a DB. Can't be a mortise, because you would not pull it through without removing the cam first. What is it,??
