Suni was the only one that ate in team final. Jordan and Grace completely flopped. You hear NBC talk a TON about how Jordan helped the team get a silver, and while that is true, Suni was the only one that didn’t have any major mistakes all night.
@@cocoroni1031 No. That's not an assumption a competitor should be making. Doing 4 passes gives her the additional starting score and if she faults, then she gets deductions. But the aim should be perfect execution to gain the points.

totally agree! they should’ve switched her and jade since jade won gold and it didn’t count for our team! the selection committee were on something that year…😬 hopefully she won’t go to paris or she just won’t get on the team this year she doesn’t deserve a second chance after this😬😂

Thank you for being the only gymnast to wear a leotard that fits so perfectly! It didn’t go unnoticed! It adds so much more to the performance and provides much cleaner lines in my opinion. I can’t believe some of the leotards the gymnasts wear, so thank you for being such a good role model!
She did her country and her team mates well in my opinion. Also, going by from what they all went through when Marta and Bella was still around being the coordinators they probably can actually enjoy training and looking forward to any Olympics from here on out.

I thought the same thing, and I looked up the scores, and there was actually an error in the broadcast. The 9.8 e score was for her Cheng (you can tell because the difficulty score listed is 6.0). According to the results sheet from USA Gym, her e score for the Amanar was 9.5.
With a bad vault from Biles, a bad Bars from Grace and this routine, I am impressed How USA managed to get Silver. Still, ROC won with 2 Falls on Beam, and GBR got bronze with terrible Bars and Beam. This was an overall poor competition
