Great video💕. I would love to try the eclaire. The liam gray... you had me when you said cardamom, vetiver. I have never had the opportunity to smell the originals because I only like buying bottle sizes.. and not 1m or 2ml samples. Well done, there's so many tips, techniques and tricks that it's sometimes hard to know where to start. But it's not rocket science to get your man shivering with ecstasy just by changing the way you talk. As simple as this sounds, maybe try escalating it a step at a time, go’ogle something like Words of Desire by Celestine Dessike to sneakily crawl into his mind and let it build on from that.

I'm 100% a fragrance connoisseur! 😁 It was so hard without my usual storage and display. It was hard to find what I wanted everyday and to pull them out for videos. 😞The new Jardin de Misfah Extrait is stunning! 😍It's stronger and the rose is more prominent. The dates note is not as forward as I would have liked but it's still a very sexy and modern fragrance! 😍Tuberose Astrale just gets better and better everyday for sure! 🤩I left out the perfumes that I'm planning to include in other fall videos like the vanillas and florals. Tuberose Astrale will be in my upcoming video about strong floral perfumes for cold weather! 😊When you say "sister" do you mean that there's a dupe for Tuberose Astrale?
Hello Sara! No not a dupe but it was created by the same perfumer, and very similar smelling. I do love them both but prefer Tilia just slightly bit more. When you get the chance to smell it, let me know what you think. 💜💜💜
I love Valaya but I cannot afford it so I tried Mystique Bouqet. Unfortunately, I don't like it at all, to my nose it seems quite different so I returned it.
Mystique Bouqet is not an excat 100% dupe for Valaya. It's not as spicy and musky as Valaya. But it's a pretty good dupe and the performance is amazing! 😊If Valaya is not an option for you, let Mistique Bouquet sit for a while to mature and see if you like it better in a few weeks. 😊
They are a good bang for the buck! Middle Eastern perfume houses somehow manage to make amazing juices with elaborate packaging for an affordable price. 😊Some of the have better performance than their luxury inspiration for sure. 😊
I have Rifaaqat and Mistique Bouquet and although I can't compare them to the originals, I can say I enjoy them both very much. Bouquet is airy like the ozone, citrusy, light on the floral, a very hidden wood and mild sweetness. Very classy and feminine. Rifaaqat is sweet, vanillic, aromatic and has a smoked suede note. It is intoxicating and unisex.
I love Mistique Bouquet! It's a very close dupe for the original inspiration Valaya. It's not as spicy and musky as the original but smells super feminine like the original and the performance is out of this world! I like YSL Babycat over Rifaaqat becuase it's smoother and smells more like a boozy vanilla than the dupe. But I like both! 🥰❤

totally agree... can't spell or pronounce the names, don't know when something is LE or discontinued, reformulated, don't know it's a flanker, read the wrong notes, don't even know what half the notes are. Not everyone has to smell everything but sometimes they've never smelled ]canonical or iconic fragrances, so their references aren't helpful.
@@notimportant123 I know what you mean. Most reviewers are just perfume wearers, not perfume connoisseurs. Most of them have next to no knowledge of perfumes, perfume notes, and the process of making perfumes. 😊
@@CeylonCleo side note: I recently learned that "maceration" is the incorrect term and what people actually mean is "maturation". "Maceration" takes place during production. I googled this and found the clarification on several professional perfumery websites. Just another example lol!
@@notimportant123 That's correct. That's why I used the word mature instead of maceration in the video and in comments. 😊Niche perfumes and most designer perfumes come macerated and you just have to let them "mature." The longer you let them mature the better within a few months not years. 😊

It sure does take a while to really know what a perfume is supposed to smell like and even longer to know if it works for you. You have to let a perfume sit for a while before it can really mature to smell its best and then you have to wear it for a few weeks to know if it works for you. 😊

Thank you for this video and for your honest reviews. I like your way of describing perfumes, it gives me a good idea what to await. I don't want to spend 250-300 euros on a niche perfume, so it is very nice to have another option. But I was dissapointed in the past, because IMHO most of the arabian dupes lack certain refinement or depth or they don't last long enough. Having been into perfumes since very young age and having more than 100 fragrances in my collection makes me demanding I guess😊 Otherwise I am into arabian fragrances more than 10 years, I really love them, because they usually offer a great performance for a very reasonable price.

These close dupes offer those scent profiles of expensive perfumes for a much more affordable prices. I agree with you that most of the Arabian dupes lack refinement and quality but if you are careful about which Middle Eastern houses you buy from and test them out, you will find some affordable gems. Watching videos like this help a lot. I wanted to be as helpful as I can be. That's why I let you know how close the dupe is to the original. Some of them were very close dupes and some of them weren't. None of them were a 100% dupe and definitely weren't as smooth and refined as the original inspiration but they are great alternatives and easy on the wallet.😊It is my experience that Arabian perfumes generally have great performance and sometimes better performance than their inspirations. 😊
I'm not getting on any kind of Middle Eastern train.😊Rather, I'm experimenting with them to see if they make good dupes for niche and designer luxury perfumes. I'm not usually into super oriental Arabian perfumes and I usually prefer my niche perfumes, but sometimes one can get the head stuck in the sand and be blind to a good thing. I don't want to miss out on good fragrances whether they are expensive or affordable. Reviewing perfumes is my hobby and I have to review all kinds of perfumes. This is not me doing this to get views but trying to give Middle Eastern perfumes a fair chance as I don't try them very often. 😊

It leans very feminine if you ask me. I think it's meant for women, though they call it "unisex." I wouldn't want it on my husband. But he loves it on me and it's very sexy and unique.😊
No, not incense. I know what incense smells like. Rather, it's a spicy, boozy note. My guess is Elemi mixed with a slight boozy note creates that strong opening. But the good news is that it's only there when you first get the perfume. When you let it sit for about a month, it goes away. Also, it dissipates after the first few seconds after spraying it. So, even if you are smelling it right away without letting it sit for a month to let it mature more, that strong opening note/s disappear after the first few seconds.😊
Wah wah, amazing fragrance, thanks for the recommendation and code. I got goosebumps on n first spray (and I’ve sniffed a lot of fragrances). So unique, so many layers: herbal (almost mentholated), very sweet, dank jungle floor and woods in the background. To me, there IS unisex functionality to this fragrance- though a man would have to like very sweet fragrances. What an experience for my FIRST M. Micallef! 😆
@@mary.silva33 We all have our own opinions. She finds it to be a great dupe for the original and you don't like it as much but we have to respect other's opinions and preferences. Personally, I think Eclaire was a good dupe. Compared to the other dupes featured in this video, it was one that came closest to the original. 😊
@milenasugrova4949 I agree. Eclaire is smoother and sweeter, there’s something about Bianco Latte that’s a tad screechy. It’s still good, but I think Eclaire is easier to wear.
I enjoy these videos for the variety. Sometimes people want the vibe of a scent without spending high prices for it. I like to see when influencers have the Original and can give a clearer perspective on the dupe. I rather lose out on $40 than $200 if it doesn’t work out. All scents change over time.

I have watched so many videos of Middle Eastern dupes. I purchased a lot of them and only one seems to be a good dupe. Everything else I can’t wear it is repugnant.
I understand what you mean love. Most Middle Eastern dupes are not great. They lack a certain level of sophistication and refinement. That's really what you get for the price. But if you are on a budget, Middle Eastern perfume houses offer some great affordable alternatives to super expensive perfumes. Some Middle Eastern dupes are very close to the original inspiration and I think most of the perfumes I featured in this video are very good alternatives and close dupes.😊
I prefer Arabian dupes to the Arabian originals! The Khair line, Junoon Noir (Dama Bianca) and Armaf Imperiale are better than the originals to me and I have the originals.

Dupes are risky business. You have to be sure before you buy them. The ones I featured in this video are all very good and close dupes, I can't say the same for some of the dupes that are being recommended on some RU-vid channels. I also let you guys know that they are not 100% dupes, you will never find 100% dupes. I gave you an idea of how close the dupes are. 😊

Yes, it's supposed to be a dupe for Tom Ford Vanilla Sex more than it is a dupe for Vanilla Powder. 😊It does smell very similar to Vanilla Sex.😊I would call it a dupe but not a 100% dupe for Vanilla Sex. 😊
I have the dupe for Vanilla Powder and it's called Afnan souvenir blooming bliss. And it's really good for a $40 version. It's just not as beast mode as the original but good.

Hmmm...I have both Glow and SDV and other than them both having vanilla and slightly smoky, I don't think they are that similar, but I see why people would say that. 😊SDV is more boozy to my nose and not as ambery. Glow is an amber perfume and SDV is more of a vanilla perfume. 😊
