Some missing context to what Regulus said here is that despite saying he'd make Emilia his 79th wife, Regulus's total wife count is 291. However, most of them are dead. Only around 50+ of them are still alive. All of the others he either murdered or they committed suicide. There's a reason why he said 79th wife directed towards Emilia. They might explain why, in a later episode, given they had skipped the context that the novel explained already in the anime
Remember, in Season 1, it was mentioned that there was a long lost princess from Luginica who went missing but was told to have an absolutely rotten personality. Now there's a sin Archbishop calling herself Capella Emerada "Luginica" 👀👀 also the reason why there's a whole royal selection going on is because the entire Luginica royal bloodline was wiped out... Hmmm, I wonder if this is all one big coincidence, or if this Capella person is a lot bigger deal than she seems to be

Her size is probably because she's a full beast person, not a quarter blood like Garfiel, if you look around background cg for season 1 there's a really tiny dogperson in one scene just walking around town xD
Regulus is an asshole ofc, but he is AMAZINGLY written asshole, admit it :D And, as for "triggers"... I still don't figured out what triggers Sirius ability, but did you noticed before that in every single scene with Regulus he was attacked first buy someone BEFORE he started to... well... rip people apart? So, this is my theory about Regulus - it is a part of his ability, he SHOULD be under attack or smth., otherwise he just can't use his "authority". Just like in episode 1 of this season, when Emilia politely apologized to him, he just peacefully went away.

There are actually two versions of episode 6, the original tv version and the special director's cut version that was included on DVD releases. The tv version is titled "Sit in the Hot Tub 'Til You're Sick!" and the special version "There are Some Things I Just Have to See!". The one that you saw was the special version so i guess the site where you watched it knows the drill and put the special version into the list of actual episodes. For the differences, in the tv version, some of it are Kamina and Simon reminiscing previous episodes, basically recap. Less jiggles, no Kamina trying to peek at the girls, Gimmy sticking his finger into Simon's ass was not included, obviously for appropriate reason. So overall less cheeky part and not as chaotic. Fun fact, the bunny girls are cameos from characters of popular Gainax series, like Gunbuster, Evangelion and Diebuster.
I think it's great how you came to the conclusion that Johan may have intentionally accepted Nina's memories as his own as a way to protect her. Like he was accepting the burden of those traumas so she didn't have to live with them anymore. Considering they were children, memories are bound to get confused, buried, and forgotten. Especially for two twins who are constantly suffering trauma (Nearly dying at the border, The experiments against Johan at Kinderheim, Johan getting shot in the head, Nina losing her memories after the fact). Your discussions are so astute. You definitely soak in all of the details and understand the show. Great reactions, Marko! The final stretch is going to be so exciting.

the image of the birds, when morena was talking is a cucko, they put their eggs in other birds nests and since they mature first, they usually trow the real eggs outside the nest and being fed by smaller birds sometimes they die try trying to meet the food requirement of the cucko. quite a sad story we definetely can see togashi showing many wrongs in this scene.
27:28 That's birds panel is a cuckoo chick. Cuckoos lay their eggs in other birds' nests and drops other birds' eggs. Then they leave the raising of the chicks to other birds. Even when the chicks grow bigger than them, they continue to bring them food without knowing anything about it. Without realizing that the eggs she laid had already been destroyed. It shows how cruel this world is. Also, I don't think the 23 subordinates of Morena are the king's illegitimate children. There is no mention of that, and none of them have the double-lined scar.
hxh is in my top 2. it has the potential to surpass one piece in terms of journey, universe. and it already have a better power system, character design, arcs, fight scenes, strategy etc. unfortunately togashis health is whats stopping him.
I don't remember if in pt-br the translation is different or is just the assumptions that I made based on what I understand about the illegitimate children's, but to me, until now, they have to get the scars in the face. But it would be interesting to see someone with the scars hidden
I loved that you picked up that Morena not just criticises humanity like in CA arc, she genuinely hate the life itself. It’s nothing but endless cycle of death and pain. Even the nature itself is cruel. And on top of that she was denied the normal life because Nasubi like to f*ck. And they expect from her to be grateful just because her life was spared. And that viewed as if she was forgiven for the sin of being born as illegitimate child. All of that is such a nonsense that I am not surprised she wants just burn it all
SPOILERS It makes even more sense now that she's like that with the new chapters...it's so unfair that a prince who's not even Nasubi's child can be the king... if it was Tserri it would be so ironic but also does Morena even know about a prince (potentially several princes) not being Nasubi's offspring? there's already hints that ZhangLei and Luzurus could be from Onior and Brocco Li... if she doesn't know yet what will happen if/when she learns about it..?💀 I keep wondering how it makes sense to have the queens' lineage be more important than the king's, the queens can have children with whoever and the kid will be considered legitimate but the king's illegitimate children are marked and discarded from birth...🤔
@@CR-hj2hk spoilers It’s for the Kingdom survival. If king can’t procreate or is killed before his children are born someone else should take the urn ceremony. Like Nasubi himself said to Halkenburg “it’s the country that must survive”, their bloodline is nothing compared to that
I'm finally catching up on these reactions! I'm glad you're enjoying the series, I can't believe you're getting to the final stretch now. I just had to comment here because episode 57 is probably one of my favorites. Incredible reveals and context with the flashbacks - and some pretty heartbreaking scenes. Something I wanted to point out is how memories aren't perfect. Back in episode 7 Nina tells Tenma: "I picked up [the gun] and aimed it at my brother. He looked at me _and laughed_ and said 'after you shoot me, throw the gun out the window'." The flashback in episode 57 shows us that Johan's expression was far different, and certainly wasn't laughing. Not only is Nina piecing together the structure of her past, but she is understanding her brother's motives more. I think her fear of learning that her brother was a killer in that moment painted a certain picture of him that effected her memory.

Hinrigh and Morena are goated. Not sure why you think all the heil ly are related they are just mafia members. Only the bosses are related and the scar needs to be on there face. The point of the scar is to easily identify them as illegitimate children if it was hidden on there body it defeats the purpose.
