Had the movie been about a famous actor dealing with his success, past, the future, and existentialism would have been much more satisfying. Playing with the idea if he's even in the matrix was interesting...
-Dawn of the Dead is great. I also want Zack and James to work together again. -Vote for Pedro! I love Napoleon Dynamite! -Sin City is great! -40 Year Old Virgin is one of Kevin Hart’s first movies, if not his first. -SAW is incredible. Made for 1 million dollars and made 100 million dollars. Great video and discussion about these great movies.
I loved Hush back in the day. I'm glad you guys covered the animated film, although I haven't seent it myself. I'm subscribing on the strength of this video alone. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your discussions. I can't believe I'm posting the first comment on this video. Much love. <3
The xmen didn’t need the skrulls they are not even part of the x universe. They should have done the shiiar empire which looks ten time better and exciting
I’m with Jay on that final scene. It’s so good, but wasted potential. I believe they even added the animated series theme in that scene, too. I’m sure yall have seen the X-Men ‘97 trailer and I’m so hype for that new series.
Thank yall for still going and making these videos/podcasts. I like to watch the movies beforehand yall talk about so I can keep up. I love y’all’s honesty and I relate to yall more so than not. Even I don’t agree, I’m not a hater. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much! And thank you for continuing to watch! We love making the podcast/videos so we really appreciate you taking the time watch/listen to us go on and on about movies!
I read that many lines in the movie were improvised, especially John Candy’s. I also read that Daniel Stern had to add in the scream with the tarantula later because they didn’t want to scare the spider - but I don’t know if it’s true or not.
People do forget, I agree. But in this instance The Incredibles preceeded both the comic and the MCU film, so it's quite possible this film sparked the idea in the mind of Mark Millar. As mentioned above, it may be a reach but it's possible.
@@cinemaheroes2814 oh wow my bad then. There's definitely a possibility but like you said it may be a reach. Either way people usually forget about the mcu inspirations and how the characters differ from 616 to the mcu because of how mainstream the mcu now is.
