Hey man I’m building one myself, what you got a sprinkler valve on there? What are you using for trigger you got a battery hooked up? If you could let me know the release and trigger you use, would be much appreciated. Thanks
It’s amazing how intelligent all of these commenters are on here. They all know exactly how to build this bigger and better but look “here they are watching your video to see how you built yours lol

I can cast almost that far with my 7'6 and 8. I mean another way to get out there is to just walk out in the water 50 yards or so and cast from there or just run your bait out with a kayak like we do. 4 lines at once.
Nice job! We used to make them that way! We have designed and patented an aluminum version, of the PVC Sprinkler valve, that is safer, stronger, lighter and designed for air. No modding required. We also have safer, super light, stainless steel air chambers, carbon fiber injection molded grips, and button triggers that are much faster than blowguns. Complete launchers, or parts! facebook.com/jjmultilaunchers
I believe on your next advetisment you probably should disable the comments. You might get a couple of dim wits to buy one but with people with a little common sense commenting it just blows your business up...😅😂
Hello my friend, I challenge you this:) If you can make it flight time over 8 sec in air, it shoots over 1,029 ft=343 yd, the best way to proof is recorded its flight time in air - timing from the moment of fire it until the bait hits the ground/water. Or shoot it in open grass field then measure it:). I think if add your 4" chamber LONGER and extend shooting barrel 2" longer (say 10'), then you can achieve that. It should be fun:)! Thx:)!
Some PVC is marked "not rated for pressure". Schedule 40 pressure rated PVC is rated at 230 psi. Some is for drains and some for water lines. Choose wisely !!
That pressure rating is hydrostatic only, not for air, aircompressorworks.com/pvc-piping-for-compressed-air-a-disaster-waiting-to-happen/ there is ABS that is for air lines www.ipexna.com/usa/products/industrial/compressed-air/duraplus-abs-airline/
That was a combustion cannon, so you never really know the pressure. Here is an air cannon i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc28/drewpatton/Cannon8.jpg he ran it at 60psi. PVC degrades naturally, also UV, temperature and chemicals will effect it. aircompressorworks.com/pvc-piping-for-compressed-air-a-disaster-waiting-to-happen/ Use ABS www.ipexna.com/usa/products/industrial/compressed-air/duraplus-abs-airline/
farcticox 1 okay so i build one with a pressure tank that is rated for 270psi... its a 3 in by 4 ft... i only put about 50psi in it since its a larger tank, no need to go higher because i get the distance i want... to protect it from uv damage i wrapped it with 2 layers of duck tape and worst case scenario the duct tape will help it from shattering if a failure happens... what you think about that?
