Weirdly enough, I didn’t get even get startled by this thing. I guess I was just so incredibly focused on the battles that it was almost as if my emotions and senses were in stasis. I literally heard no sound effects or music and felt no emotions at all. It was only after I beat fecto elfilis that my brain started functioning properly again. That sometimes happens when I fight really hard bosses.
When i first got to this fight(having played XC2 right after DE) I expected it to not be the end, like Egil in the first game. I liked that it was tho. No new objectives coming out of nowhere, just the original antagonist from the beggining
This and "O Rosto de um Assassino" are the only two "crazy corporation man boss battle" songs i'll accept that are... Well, "crazy corporation man boss battle" songs
I have _zero_ idea in what context this plays in-game, but it's gotta be something icy, as I discivered this song through not one but two videos talking about Ice types in Pokemon. Specifically, this (2:00) part got stuck in my head.
I kept my tears in, even when Pneuma died and Pyra and Mythra returned. But the part that got me was Poppi being the first to run up and hug them. It's a cliché at this point that robots can't feel emotions, and it's been a topic of conversation if Poppi is a real blade. But her being genuinely happy seeing Pyra and Mythra again proves she is no less real than any of the other Blades.
Game: Your Blades are suffering being in this ether-absorbing atmosphere. Me: Sooooo how does that translate in-game? Game: With the exception of Poppi, you won't be able to use Specials II and over. Me, who relied on Blade Combos until now: YOU MONSTER!!!
I miss your xenoblade 2. This game connected with me the most out of all the 3 so far. I think it's bcuz the scenes were very similar to actual dreams I had. For example being under a tree with the love of my life, with very good friends around. These were dreams I had in my teens ofc but still they linger and I feel it and will always remember them. This game is like a reminder and deja vu
Fan: Praetor Amalthus wishes to speak with you, Aegis. Me: He’s going to be the final boss, isn’t he? Me, after chapter 9: One boss fight off, but he might as well have been the final boss.
