Hi so I have like a genuine question. Whenever I do exercises like I literally never feel the burn in my inner thighs which makes me think I’m doing stuff wrong. anyone got a similar problem and know how to fix it?

Me starting Nina workouts: “I hate planks, can’t do them” Me 1 month into workouts: “I can hold planks for 10 secs” Me 2 months: “I can hold the planks as long as I take a break in between” Me 3 months:“I held the plank the whole time!”
Been doing this and Shirlyn Kim’s thigh workout for 2 weeks so far and I’ve noticed slight differences I definitely feel less fat in my inner thighs (I also don’t eat a lot + don’t eat alot of junk food during the week while I also do cardio 40 mins straight 3 times a week)
gonna write the results day by day for 1 or 2 weeks starting now. Day 1: I just finished and my legs were burning during the workout Day 2-3: So I got sick and I couldn’t do it for 2 days but its ok Day 4: It burned less, also I started cutting so I’m kinda already seeing the results
