Is that a water course in the background? Playing with fire 🔥 if it is. A vacuum tank would help to take out the liquid slurry, the spreader you are using has a poor design in the sides, greedy boards angled inwards would be a great help to retain surges during cornering and braking.
While viewing this video I am reminded that my brush hog have not been greased this season and I have to grease the entire tractor, and the grease fittings on the implements.

This contractor, Richard Needs, neer Birmingham, used to use dual spreaders for this customers work. Richard told me that his customer is really pleased with the finished result and that he uses the Bunning spreaders for all weeping wall slurry jobs.
This farmer is using chicken litter as fertiliser for his crops rather than expensive bagged fertiliser. This is also a good time to apply the manure as the crop will absorb the nitrogen as it starts to grow in the spring.
