I used to be very depressed and full of anxiety, frustration, anger. I didn't know how to deal with it. Someone send me a video that I never thought I would watch it's called ", Derek Prince how to be delivered from evil spirits " So GLAD I did. Literally saved my life ... I am so happy now I am feeling great positive . I am reading my bible every day I have Jesus in my heart. No more anxiety no more fear frustration. I learned something very important you don't have to live with depression anxiety etc you can get rid of them "evil spirits ". I really recommend with all my heart to watch that video. I haven't had issues with it in awhile,it was challenging to sleep at night,so I'd eat applesauce,which helped alot,also try St.John's Wort or Spirulina.If you're taking any type of medication whether prescription or over-the-counter,please get the approval from a pharmacist or your Healthcare Physician.God bless!❤(I also recommend that you Google an alkaline foods chart,because your body is too acidic)I hope all the best for you!
