Sioux Falls School DistrictWith the Sheds of Hope project, students at Joe Foss engaged in a boys vs girls challenge to make two sheds, sell raffle tickets for winners, and donate the proceeds to two local charities. Nice work, students!
Thank you to everyone who provided input tonight. Also, thank you to the school board members for listening to input and for your work on this very challenging decision.
Wow this is so neat, if there are in Veterans that would love a letter from me, I would love to write them a letter. Getting to thank our Veterans is something is very dear and very close to my heart. Sometimes when I go to the store with my mom and I see someone wearing a hat that says Veteran on the bill of the hat, I love to stop what I'm doing and I like to shake that Veterans hand and tell them "Thank You" for their wonderful service, and seeing the smile come across the Veterans face, that just makes my heart happy just knowing that my "Thank You" for your service made that Veterans, day. Any thing I can for our Veterans, that's what I love to do!!! My Uncle Larry served in the army and he served in Vietnam. I am a niece of a Vietnam Vet. I am so very very very proud of my Uncle Larry, he is my very very very favorite Uncle, and he is my very very very favorite Hero!!!!!!!! I sure do look up to my Uncle. He's a wonderful and awesome and amazing and just special Uncle. And I'm so glad he's my Uncle. I couldn't imagine my life without him.
Public speaking may not be her thing but maybe she is great with the kids. Maybe she wanted to make sure she shared all of the points she made. I believe what she shared may be of value.
Loved hearing these librarians share what they do and what they love about it. I am a school librarian and it was good to hear that they had some of the same experiences I do.I know I am in good company and I have the job that is not a job but a passion.
Hello, I would like to add subtitles of my native language to this film. Do I need somehow to get a permission of the owner to do so? If so, who's the owner? Thanks in advance for your answer.
