Awesome 😁 got mine today. For fireteam with max 6 combo. I have all the metal upgrades already and a titanium chassis from you 😁 A1 parts man!!! All top of the line stuff. Should last lifetime of truck. Thanks for everything man 😁
I received mine yesterday and the images showing cutting lines are not always very clear. This video could have helped but the important parts are often blocked from view.
Intrested in one of these of For my mojave. I have your centre Ti driveshafts which are ace. Will you be makeing front and rear shafts for the mojave ?
For the Kraton 8s cars, Too many people couldn’t understand that ‘stronger’ doesn’t mean ‘guaranteed unbreakable’. A shame because i know there are plenty of people still using them with great results.
to people watching this video thinking titanium is stronger then steel please keep in mind the titanium shaft is much thicker, if the titanium shaft was same size it would break easier
All depends on grades of steel and grades of titanium. Some grades of steel are only half the strength of grade 5 titanium, but yes, some grades of steel can be stronger. One thing we’ve found with small parts like these is that high strength high hardness steels often suffer from brittleness, where the titanium does not. Using titanium in thicker sections can allow stronger, lighter, stiffer and robust parts.
will the [87343] SPIDER FRONT/ REAR DIFF work in the arrma/hobao diff housings if not which one will im building a mojave basher and dont want to run lockers .....thanks in advance brother
The Hobao open diffs will fit. The outdrive cups are a little narrower than Arrma, so a little bit of modification and/or shaft oring spacers will be required
I just purchased the infraction inner fenders and couldn't use them in my speed build and was about to sell them on Ebay already trimmed but yesterday I saw what you did to them on this build and now they work perfectly and look way better. super stoked I saw this before I sold them.
So when will this be made official and in the books? Just curious because as far as I know Nic Case still holds the official record. Either way I remember when we thought 190 was fast with airplanes. Now we are making passes over 230 lol
I should probably have put in a Guinness World Records at the time, but felt I would go faster that year. Unfortunately fate decreed that the rest of the season was beset with problems. I could still apply, but given that James has gone 222, it seems crass to try to get an 'official' record when in reality it doesn't stand.
