The toughest part in making dosa is to prepare batter in right proportion and texture... Laying dosa in a tawa is the easiest part.. this machine is of no use as it's an added trouble
You are absolutely right. 💯 agree with you on that… we only did a demo once never used it after that… This is very useful for people who do not know how to make dosa, for us this is not of use

Wow! I’m glad that one of the best restaurants in London is finally getting the credit it deserves. The owner has totally transformed this place from just a restaurant to an experience. The ambience of Holy Brew is top notch. I wish I could meet the owner one day when I visit and hear more about the puranic history and how that has shaped this place. I hope a Netflix series is made on it. Can’t wait for my next Dalchini experience!!
