In our fast paced society, there's something to be said for slowing down so that you can enjoy the scenery. What better way to do that than by enjoying the great roads of the Hill Country on a new Indian Motorcycle.
Woods Indian Motorcycle is located in Central Texas at the base of the Hill Country. We are proud to represent this Iconic brand with a focus on areas from Austin to San Antonio and all the roads in between.
Bar end mirrors can be added with the appropriate kit from Indian. The existing mirrors on the Sixty are mounted into the handlebar control housings. Those will only thread in the way you see in this video. Please give us a call if you have any further questions and we can get you taken care of. 830-606-9828 - Adrian Acosta
RE: The passenger pad it really is a case of function over form. They look hideous and absolutely ruin the lines of that beautiful bike. But if you need it.. Well ya need it. Bottoms up everyone. 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🇳🇿🏴
I can certainly attest to this. Booked a test ride, went out on three different bikes with Reid who gave me all of the attention and patience I needed, made my choice and got my numbers. No haggling, no “where do you want your monthly payments at?” (man, I hate that question at dealerships), no hard sales, just the lowest price on the first offer (I shopped around) and no one would even come close to what Jess quoted me. Even after shipping charges increased while I was waiting for my bike to arrive, he honored the original quote, no guilt, no “how am I going to feed my family?” lines, nothing. Just a straightforward, honest interaction. Even though there are two dealerships that are closer to where I live, I make the trip to Jess’ dealership because of the treatment.
Yes they are partially Chrome due to shortages and we may see the scout bobber 60 start to come with partially chrome exhaust/heat shields. I voted yes to the change on the 60’s because they say they can get them to us faster without having to wait on the black painted parts.
We hear ya! The wait will definitely be worth it! We are frustrated by the inventory shortages as well and hope to see these times end soon. Hopefully you get your bike soon!
I don't believe the 2022 Scouts have been released yet. Probably wont' be November until we see them. We do expect to see some big price increases over the 21 models.
@@marksheffield I was going to order a 21 bobber 60 and the MSRP was $9899 I believe and when the salesman sent me the quote to look over and agree and sign it said it was for a 2022 bobber 60 and the MSRP was $8999. This was just a few weeks ago. I almost pulled the trigger but they told me it would take 3-5 months to arrive from the factory because they didn’t have any on the showroom and all the bobbers were special order. I just happened to look online and found a 2020 regular scout bobber and managed to get it that same day for less that they wanted for the scout bobber 60! If the salesman wasn’t so lazy he would have had my business and I’d be waiting 5 months for a smaller bike!! God works in mysterious ways!!
Tyler took home the trophy in 2020, and second place in 2021. I think Indian learned an important lesson with the transmission failure in round 2. Pretty sure we'll be back on the top of the podium in 2022. www.roadracingworld.com/news/motoamerica-king-of-the-baggers-race-results-from-laguna-seca/
I would like to see a regular scout or scout 60 bagged. They’re such neat bikes. The design team at Indian has hit home run after home run with all these new models. Is this the dealership in New Braunfels?
Yep, we are located in NB. They are pretty tight lipped about the new models they are working on, but I will be sure to pass on your comments. Have a great week and thanks for the comments.
@@WoodsCycleCountry I just heard about the new Indian model coming out. Will be a touring chassis bike with a batwing fairing. I hope they keep the challenger
Yeah they are. They have a 4-5 month waiting period going on now. When I got my 2018 non ABS in thunder smoke black, it was already at the dealer. Ordered a 2021 in thunder black with ABS in July and they said it would take 4-5 months to arrive. My cousin has to wait as well for his chief bobber dark horse to come in.
@@Sandman1832 Was gonna wait and order a new one but decided I wanted it now, so I spent a few days trying to get used ones and they were all getting sold before I could buy them. I finally ended up getting to one, it was the last one of 5 that the dealer had gotten in earlier in the week.
@@tosic4097 It's good for Indian, because that means a lot of people are buying their bikes. Just sucks for people who want one now but have to wait because the demand is higher than the production.
Sandman1832 yeah exactly, I’m glad Indian is selling bikes, the scout is great so I’d love to see it stick around, but it’s definitely annoying for buyers. Hopefully they can expand production.
I hear that been waiting for my scout bobber 60 for months no delivery date no info on arrival what so ever very dissatisfied how can you run a business with no bikes in stock incredible
