It is recommended to take an appointment before you visit the service center. If its 1st service and jodi kno issues na thake then it will take around 1 hour. Issue kichu thakle time lagte pare.

As per Service center, they will call customers. Jokhan call korbe niye jete hobe or tar age servicing thakle sei time e change kore debe, if the bike is eligible.
That is debate for another day. But to be honest I had a great expectation from KAWASAKI, that is why I was also disappointed from this bike's performance.
Bike to barish mein rahega hi na.. Yea sab to generic use case hain bikes ke liye. Issue is, ki bohot din hone ke baad ata hain to maan sakte the, but its only 1 month. Ek mahina mein bike me rust ana suru hona is not expected.

This bike's engine is air cooled, if you drive for too long and then stop at any signal you will feel the heat. In long rides I would suggest to take stops after 75+ kms, if the weather is also warm then it may come down to 50+ kms. I rode it in locality wearing shorts/half pants, I could feel the heat in my legs, which is avoidable if we wear full pants. N.B* For long rides you may notice sound change of the engine.
I use Honda's long visor and I have faced no issues till now, if you are planning to buy one, you can buy without any hesitation. I am not sure about 3rd party visors.

This is very simple. There are 2 points, 1. Performance : As both of these bikes share the same engine and specs, there won't be any difference in performance. 2. Look and feel : Both the bike looks good but feels little different. So my suggestion will be , visit any nearest showroom and do a test ride of these 2 bikes, whichever you will feel good for you, you can go with that. Lastly my Hness costed me around 2.5 lacs onroad. I hope the information is helpful.
