You need to adjust your style of play. Everytime you spawn, you don't need to chuck grenades and concussion grenades. Always have cover and do a better job at looking at the map, slow down as well. You also need to do a better job at checking corners. When I used to play mw3 a decade ago, I had over 100,000 kills and a 2.8 kd so take your time
