I just bought a 2013 Escalade ESV Platinum and I absolutely love it! This is a vehicle I've wanted for quite some time. I did want the EXT but those come few and far between. My dad and I are Cadillac drivers--him with his Fleetwood Broughams and me with my 2010 DTS and now this. What I find interesting though is on the 2016 ESV there is HUD (I almost bought a 2016) but not in the 2013. Yet, when I had a '98 Grand Prix GTP, that had HUD and it's not what you would call a "luxury" vehicle. And my 2009 DTS Platinum had rain sense wipers but my ESV doesn't. Also, my 2010 DTS Premium has massage seats--not just lumbar adjustment but the ESV doesn't. And one more thing, I was looking at a 2011 Hyundai Equus, and that car came equipped with Apple/Android Car--so my question is does Cadillac randomly put different options on their Platinum trim level? I would think that all the Platinums, whether car or SUV would have the same equipment, especially if that technology has been out for a while. Nonetheless, regardless of the "missing" equipment, I'm loving the newest member of our Cadillac family.

I know it’s an d video, but you would have been better off trimming the entire top off that air box and using weather stripping on the top of it to seal to the hood. It would have been the best way to keep the intake from sucking in the warmer air from the engine bay and still using the cold air the factory intake is trying to feed into the filter.

very nice! im using the 4" blox racing velocity stack to a massive 6" x8" long aem dry filter. with a ported supercharger and the right cooling setup, the "hot air intakes work best. the boxs (even a rs7 or one with custom cut outs) are restrictive at ported charger levels. at stage 1 and single pulley i loved having my filter in oem box woth few holes on bottom/ passanger side
