I’m struggling to put the top screw in on the first part on the left side it just gets so stiff and doesn’t go in

you need to align the back rest and the seat properly.... use your hands to screw in a little, on all 4 screws 1st

I just bought this chair. I cannot make it recline. The left side can move but the right side with the lever is stuck in place. Any suggestions?

@Nyzren Gaming there is no lumber support... I suggest for u to get this basic model and get a small pillow to use, that suits your back.

I just got the Razer Iskur X Genshin Impact . Is the lever supposed to be hard to pull? I had to lean over a bit in order to fully grasp the lever to pull up to recline back.
