Ask yourself “what kind of man would I want to be” and just do the work overtime to become him. For example if you say “I want to be a confident man” ask yourself what would that type of person act like, talk like, dress like, eat like, walk like, think like etc. and do those things. The beauty in this process is that you have FREE RANGE to become whoever you want almost like creating a character and you can start at ANYTIME no matter the past, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
