I crafted about 5 this league, where not exactly what i was looking for but made about 5x+ profit each time, it involves shaper exquisite blade + perfect fosil crafting + craft quality onto it to get us well over 40% quality to enable easy 6 linking then its about spaming it for the cast on crit. at this stage of league there is a bunch up on trade would make life alot easier. for those unsure about crafting sword should be less than 20c perfect fossil + resonator few c for the craft to give it even mroe quality maybe have about 300 jewlers and 400 fuseing , it normally doesnt take that much to 6 socket then 6 link then rng amount for getting the stats you want. the two enchants cant evade attacks and multi mod will set u back 5x alone

not fully sure what u mean, if u mean at what point does it start to work i tend to swop from cast while channeling to cast on crit at around lvl 70 and then its just a case of gradual upgrades and each upgrade enables harder content, for prioritizing its same as most builds cap your resistances and aim for some decnt rares should have around 3.5k hp without koams early on if dieing alot priortise koams heart for the huge hp boost _ it gives more damage so double win and if not dieing then u can go for maybe rings but its all based on what u find and how its playing out, at moment in new league im lvl 94 and thats with 380 deaths cause i cant help myself the dilirum mechanic + this build is wicked fun imo

@@jaggerbomb7341 em doesnt matter overly imo, the more the better im sitting at 5 attacks per sec at moment for instance and its fine when i hit my buffs that goes up but ideally i want to eventually get about 8 attacks per second without buffs

​@@51turlough He mean does this build need any sort of cooldown recovery speed? As ppl are all talking about cooldown for coc as it might cause a huge problem if it surpasses the breakpoint

@@tomartin2680 i dont think it matters all that much, so i did some loose math awhile back and its like .15sec cooldown and with awakend spell cascade i think we should be poping out 16 balls each time as its casting to all 4 sides of us and .15 + .15 +.15 +.15 = 60 secs amd 4 x 16 = 64 balls so in theory each second we are already casting 4 balls too many as 60 up at any one time is our cap perhaps my math is off but i already run into seeing some of my balls despawn too early if im going full ham lol

for me im going to go orb of storms for most of it till about lvl 38ish and wing alot of it,, but i might change my mind by the time elague starts tommorrow

to be honest not fully set on what way im going to level jsut yet, i was waiting on patch notes to decide on my league starter so today ill do some experimenting lvling a lowbie toon, but im contemplating maybe orb of storms as the skill tree for an orb of storms isnt miles different from this build in many areas early on. for the most part ill just try find whats nice and fast till lvl 38ish and then transition over to cast while channeling setup and then near maps depending on how i feel im doing gear wise ill either keep cast while channeling for awhile or ill swop over to cast on crit.

ye it can defo be a bit of a resource hog, for me it runs ok but a good few people i party with do have some fps issues

that link that looks like a bunch of code, u need a program called path of building and then you copy/paste that code into the import section of that programme

sure can do, ill route out the one i used for that engagement , it was recorded like 10hrs ago give or take so ive done some more tweeking but ill drop the new pob also for comparisons and any suggestions or feedback im happy to ehar them cause its not perfect first time making a flicker strike toon in years but i am aiming for high damage messing with it, for serious play im like the other 40%+ of community sporting a necro as my main this league so ye ill have it up in about 10 to 15 mins

@@alans1170 your welcome, i am a big fan of cast on crit builds if you haven't tried one of them a nice cyclone coc build does high damage and decent survival with the added bonus probably alot cheaper than the above build , tbh im prittie sure there is cheaper safer flicker strikes out there i jsut wanted to go nuts and pew pew from one side of a map to the other xD

@@51turlough I did play a Flicker CoC Ice Nova/Frostbolt Character for a very short time last league and really liked it. Just happened it was my last character and I didn't play it very long
