Nice review! Kingston isn't very clear about this, but one thing to maybe keep in mind: It's possible that the IP55 rating that Kingston gives was measured WITH the silicon case & that without it the rating is not the same... Or maybe it is, and the silicone is for the drop protection only, but yeah.. idk
Although i not yet got one , but i can foresee i gonna regret if i got it , as my wife will ask me sleep inside car when she angry, since EV allow to do so haha
Hey Joshua, thanks for your review. I'd like to ask you about both the BOYAMIC and the BOYA-XM6-K2. How do you think they compare in these terms: - General sound quality; - Signal penetration (behind a body or a wall); - Signal interference (wifi or other 2.4 GHz signals); - Noise reduction; - Ease of use. I'm about to buy a pair of used XM6s but I just stumbled upon the BOYAMICs and I want to know if it's worth the extra money. Thank you in advance!
- The sound quality I would say pretty close - Signal is better on the BOYAMIC as I find it more stable and pair further. I tried behind a closed door, and it still connected without any issue - It uses a 2.4GHz signal to communicate, I did not encounter any interference with Wi-Fi surrounding it. - Coming to noise reduction, it only cut off about 20 - 30% of the noise, which is more natural without weird robotic sound with noise reduction enabled. - It's pretty easy to use. Take it out and it auto-paired. No additional settings are required. Go with the BOYAMICs, you may use the USB C for future gear that supports.
Is online gaming feasible on this? Wired connection is not possible for me and i get 3 bars on WiFi with occasional ping spikes. Can someone who got this item answer my question? Did your gaming get better?
Very useful content! Just go through the ASUS Concept store at Lowyat this week and look for this model. Love the colour and the minimalist design so much! Especially the large mousepad is the feature that attracted me the most!
Hello, is this laptop also good for casual gaming for fun, or is it just a work laptop? Also is the integrated graphics card good for rendering 3d models? Thank you if you answer
Why you renew it? By right you don't have to replace it unless it's damaged or spoilt. BTW, you can try to claim one time free replacement on their website (except for pilot testers)
