I am seeing this happen in my family. And the coincidence is the said kid has the same name as u. His parents have put on blinders and forced to him to put on blinder too. He is struggling and everyone scolds him. He is not made for science. He is made for commerce/ arts - economics to be specific but he is subconsciously signalled that if he doesn’t choose science then he is dumb a lesser mortal. He is an avg. 70-8o percenter student and has been put in dummy school / coaching for NEET. Since i don’t have the decision power here I can only stand by and watch him struggle.
