Sharing my experience of Walsall F.C. with match previews, matchday experiences and reactions. What I am up to and where I have been vlogs and some fun stuff to make you chuckle.
I”ll be there Saturday Simon, taking my fellow manager, a Slovakian for his 1st taste of the Walsall experience 😂 hope we show him why I”ve been doing this for 40 years 😂
Yep, checked the replay, but it was Evan's man he was covering. He did okay, as we expected he gets caught out positionally but has a great left foot. Pinged some some great balls over to Connor Barrett
@@WalsallFanTVit was the player Dave was marking from the corner he chased him out to close him down but then stood off and let him run at him I don’t think Weir was at fault at all
Makes me wonder what handouts the EFL have had from the Prem Clubs to include the U21 teams in this tournament. The attendances are so low, as is the interest until the very latter stages. The group games feel like friendlies and a nuisance.
Has certainly papered over the cracks in the back 3. Great in the air and making a last ditch tackle, but the back 3 are prone to leaving open spaces as seen against MK Dons. Ironic how the most covered position we had pre-season is now our biggest downfall with the injuries
@@carlharbidge5870 Sadler has built a team spirit and is starting to get the rewards for his efforts. Andy Cook is a big baby, but saying that, he's never looked so trim😵💫
Some of our football is a joy to watch now. When we Starr converting our early dominance into goals, we will be nigh on invincible at home. Conversely, away we must cut our early conceding.
my 2nd game today as a new season ticket holder coming across from the villa i gotta say i do prefer league football over the prem :). the lads did not disappoint we were a bit nervy 2nd half i thought first half excellent n glad to see albert adomah has still got it :D up the mighty walsall!!
What a moment for us all to bring 2 quality players off the bench it nearly brought a tear to my eyes to see Albert and Danny combine to score a fantastic winner But I have to say if we can kept ours heads and injury’s to a minimum I think this might be the season🤞 Up the saddlers
The best recruit for me would be the lad who played for Lincoln, but why do you release a defender who played 23 game's, and scored 3 goals? Injury prone? My prediction is a Desmond.
The only explanation for that was, a bit of fatigue, because he'd played every game. Should start Saturday with George Hall on the bench, ready for a start v Fulham.
