However while the plot succeeded, it has received the strongest opposition by many of Americas and Christendoms smartest persons, and has been said that while the people of the United States did not create the conspiracy, they upheld it and collected the spoils, and like king ahab, will be obnoxious to the heavenly punishment or censure by the civilized world! If you look at the USA today, we are no different from the land of Israel. We used to properly worship the lord and this country, the USA was founded on biblical principles. Today, there are forces that want to erase the judeo Christian heritage of this country. Those forces are obviously being influenced by evil spirits or just plainly, the enemy, Satan. We need to take this example and get back to our roots and acknowledge where our peace and strength come from. From the lord Jesus Christ.

I'm catholic stating that the pictures and statues are not worshiped but serve as a beautiful reminder of all the involved in the holt scriptures. My friend says that even pictures are bad. I say they're just pictures and reminders. Obviously, we don't worship the wood or concrete, but they serve only to remind us. Like a picture of a loved one or a paining of the ocean. Here we see God allowing and commanding this build. A build with Angels portrayed.

I understand Absalom's pain, with context, his father David didn't do anything to punish or discipline his son for r*ping his half-sister, so Absalom's anger turned into revenge against his half-brother and the father that did NOTHING to deal with the problem of r*pe in the family.
