Grew up north of Perth in the 80’s. Didn’t know that the foreshore that mounts bay road was built on was artificial….youd be spewing if you owned one of the previous ‘water front’ properties!
Old Perth was awesome and sadly turned to shit from greedy, envious and gutless people Ironically just like yourself hey? Don’t act all sad and like you care when you’re exactly the same as the pieces of shit that began ruining this place and I have no doubt in my mind if you were in their position at the time we would be even more worse off with your kinda greed and deceit and just down right cowardly personality. Shit you woulda been a perfect fit for those shit blokes……………… well maybe after losing a few (about 20 at least) kilos 🖕🏽
I miss some parts of the 80s but I dont miss the chain smokers and the a-holes who used a party as an excuse to knock shit off and trash people's houses. Thats the decade where parenting stzrted to go down the toilet and we've paid the price ever since.
Back then women were sexy and lovely. Now they look like Billie Eilish and are covered in tatts. If you talk to them they charge you with attempted rape.
My dad wired all those original lights over the narrows bridge and the parks and roads around it. He couldnt believe his luck - a young man from London up there in the sun having jousts with all the pelicans that had already decided the lights were perfect observation points. Seeing this makes me miss my dad more.
Anything for my trusty old company that made this logo is some Indonesia and team up with GE transportation should call the father figure of this my absolute horsepower of an engine
From the mid to late 80s, my life in this Beautiful Perth was unforgettable, Priceless, so much fun, and so many great memories, the weather wasn't as hot as nowadays, the population was just perfect, no traffic at all anytime anywhere 24/7, and it was the Happiest time of my life.
@@bella0167 Same here. Thinking of moving to the countryside though. A bit quieter place. Perth is getting a bit dodgy now as the population keeps on increasing. 😢
That's the greedy despicable criminal classes obviously, they'll know why Australian's owe another culture 9 Trillion dollars apparently, shame on use Jews.
@robertfoster7807 Actually, my daughter went there about 10 years ago . She was so terrified she called to come and get her. She stayed in Davoren Park.. Her friend told her there was a robbery and shooting a couple of hundred meters down her road.
@@chuckmaddison2924 its quiet possible adelaide gone down i was taliking about the 1980s in adeliade i found adeliade more freindly than perth in the 1980s and south australia more friendly than western australia.Western australia has always been the biggest police nany state. All the big cities in australia are less safe the 50 years ago..Probaly related to our disaster immigration policies in australia
More like racist 80's as you would go to schools like Wesley College, even into the 90's & find "No Gooks" written on the cricket wickets/rubbish bins as WA held out until 1976 of allowing any "coloroured" folk into the state so it was only awesome for white people‼
In my 20s during the 80s and for those who actually had to work hard, it wasn't the fairytale it was for the rich. WA Inc. destroying the state and interest rates about to shoot up through 16% right when we bought a house. Yeah, all glamour and fun.
In 1985 my friend convinced me Dizzy Lamb park was just like Adventure World, he lied big time, at the time i thought it sucked, watching this has changed my mind i think i missed out, different but interesting.
I can imagine plucking someone out of one of those photos and showing them the Perth skyline as it looks now....just need to tell them not to roam the streets, especially at night..they would quickly want to go back to the 50s 😬
Back when Perth didn't smell like a Urinary at the Underground night Club and the nurses didn't tell you, that tgey stay away from there now. Facts....
