Hey there! Just discovered your video on the top project management technical skills, and I found it incredibly insightful. The way you break down the essential skills needed for aspiring project managers resonated with me, especially since I'm passionate about helping others develop professionally. While my Christian channel focuses on different themes such as hope and forgiveness, I believe that the skills you discuss are essential for individuals seeking purpose and growth in their careers, aligning with the values I emphasize in my content. I've not only enjoyed the video but also subscribed to your channel - looking forward to more valuable insights from you!

Great question! Strategic implementation often refers to the stage where actions and plans are being developed. Strategic execution is about carrying out the plan into action. These two terms often being used interchangeably. What is your experience like?
I was hoping this video would actually go into how to become a project manager. This is a very general presentation but doesn’t talk about actual computer skills or task needed

Great video but I have a question! If, some day you wakeup and think this current business is not my type and I am again lost in it or something else that might discourage you to continue this business, what will you do then? Because when you started your business development consultancy, I am pretty sure you would have sound real confident when talking to clients and at that time, you wouldn't think of leaving that business behind.
Thank you for the comments. I am happy to share my perspective regarding your question. If the business is not my type I would evaluate if& how I would transition out. The early experience of doing a business is also a process to learn about myself and what I can do. The most important is that before starting another business is to find the sweet spot of what i can create, what people willing to pay for and what i am interested in. It takes a few failures to know what works. I rather test, fail fast and pivot. I hope this helps
Excellent video Ivy Lewis. You are so right, way too often good ideas generated in workshops get lost once we are back to the daily routines. Totally agree with you about Transformation = Method + Coaching Thank you for the great content about Accountability. It’s true that the essence of high performing teams is accountability. A team must have a good trust level that allows team members to hold each other accountable. Well Done!
