The light by the throttle is so if you crash and damage the screen, you can physically see that the scooter is still running. Thats how it was explained to me when I got it at a shop in person.
Great video, answered some questions I had on this power supply as there is very little info. I had already done that mod a year or two ago, but recently had issues that I have fixed many times. The Power resistor was cracked and I have been trying to find the value as it is totally worn out on the device. I can now order a replacement .1 ohm 10 watts. It was measuring as .3 ohms but I was not sure of the value.
I was 8 years old at the time, I never got to see it, I knew about it but we didn't have a telescope or powerful binoculars to see it as it was too far away.

I had the Vsett 8+ and the screws all get loose over time so I had to take each screw out, clean the screw and the internal threads, then put blue loctite on them, and then put them all back on

Thanks for the video, I picked up one of these and your instructions were very helpful! Display is awesome and the new trigger throttle feels even better than the stock. A bit pricey for the display, but I'd say well worth it.
