3 questions though, how do you tell how much is the right amount of solvent? Also if you use to much solvent can you add more crystal to make the recrystallization process work if that happens? Instead of chipping the glass in the cup, are you able to use a small shard of glass thats colored instead? that way you can still identify where the glass is and so it will start the recrystallization. Would that work?
Your video helped me understand how and why the crystals even grow back! because when it cools it goes back to being crystal but the reformation excludes some impurities! thats amazing! thank you for the detailed video! i watched multiple about exactly this before i watched yours and i still didnt get why they reform or how it purifys it until i watched your video! thank you!
Isn’t that why bother ? Suger? Booger sugar oh wait it’s pure I made it tested and did this, took too much yo! I know how to de Jah popul vu saw this before!
this 'gas' you say forms during shaking of the sep'y funnel ... could you expand on it ? by 'gas' do you mean 'vapor' ? and is it forming from one or the other of the liquids ? and does it have to do with each liquid having an un-equal vapor pressure at the room temp' they are coming into contact with each other at ? and is the pressure that arises from the mixing an example of Raoult's law in action ?
It's was really helpful....I was so much worry because I couldn't understand that topic but your this video really help me out ...... you had done such a great work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻thank you Soo much
