I wear a 6 1/2 - 7 in shoes. Not sure what size to get. Scared a medium might be too big, but a small might be too small! 🙈 would you recommend sizing up or down?!

Great question for our compression socks we recommend to measure the circumference, the distance all the way around, both your ankle and calf, then reference the sizing chart on the following link: motifmedical.com/amfile/file/download/file/180 If you're worried about it being too tight, you can always go up a size as they are stretchy. Most importantly no circulation cutting off. Hope this helps.

No it cannot be cleaned. The tubing that comes with any breast pump cannot be cleaned. You just replace it if it gets worn out or if it starts to build up condensation inside the tubing.

My whole reason for coming here was to see how the diaphragm is attached and yet it doesn’t show it. When making an assembly video you need to show how it’s actually assembled motif. Because the directions on paper do not show any visuals it makes it difficult as well to know I’m putting it together right.
